Track Your Order

We know you're excited to receive your order! Here's how you can track your shipment and check its status.

How to Track Your Order

Option 1: Check Your Email

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

Simply click the tracking link in your email to see real-time updates on your shipment's location.

Option 2: Track Without an Account

If you checked out as a guest or can't find your shipping email:

  1. Visit our Order Status page
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout
  3. Click "Track Order" to view your shipment status

Option 3: Log Into Your Account

If you created an account during checkout:

  1. Go to My Account
  2. Click on "Orders" to view all your order history
  3. Select the order you want to track
  4. Click the tracking number to see detailed shipping updates

Understanding Your Tracking Status

  • Order Confirmed: We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment
  • Processing: Your order is being packed and will ship soon (1-2 business days)
  • Shipped: Your order is on its way! Check your tracking number for updates
  • In Transit: Your package is moving through the carrier's network
  • Out for Delivery: Your package will arrive today
  • Delivered: Your package has been delivered

Shipping Timeframes

  • United States (Standard): 5-7 business days after shipment
  • United States (Express): 2-3 business days after shipment
  • International: 7-14 business days depending on destination

Note: Processing time (1-2 business days) is in addition to shipping time.

Tracking Issues?

If you're experiencing any of these issues:

  • Haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of ordering
  • Tracking number shows no updates for several days
  • Package shows as delivered but you haven't received it
  • Estimated delivery date has passed
